Sorry for causing such inconvenience, due to different origin issue with Xingxing and Ningbo customer, they cannot do customs declaration at Ningbo port.

There is no way and have to keep discharging their cargo at Zhapu port. Thanks for your understanding!

Kindly pls be informed that due to middle east port mentioned on bls, Ningbo port customer already clear customs declaration 2 weeks ago with different origin compared with ours.

It's not acceptable by Ningbo Customs for the same cargo with same bl date but different origin(bcz Xingxing's docs already put record in their bank and cannot change origin now).

So Xingxing cannot discharge their cargo at Ningbo port. Sorry for causing such inconvenience to you.

And they will still discharge the attached cargo at Zhapu Meifu terminal as before.

Influenced by Typhoon "In-Fa", according to current weather forcast,ningbo port will be strong wind fm 22nd/AM and it will last 4-5 days till 26th July and oil chemical vessel will be not arranged for berthing during these days. Once terminal resume normal, chemical terminal will be very congested.

The Typhoon has gradually landed and ship will sail back to Ningbo anchorage and wait for berthing plan.
Till now, Ningbo Zhenhai terminal is still closed and the estimated re-open date would be July 28-29th.
Peace Envoy will still wait at least 5-7days from now on due to heavy congestion caused by Typhoon.

Anyway, we will keep you updated.

Our terminal can accept the vessel PEACE ENVOY. But as you know that the DWT of PEACE ENVOY is 46349MT,beyond the capacity of Meifu terminal,which is 45000MT. So please make sure re-measurement of vessel DWT and check with your local agent and Zhapu Port Authority for acceptance.
Please note that the draft of Zhapu port is 9.5M.

Also please kindly confirm us the below items, same as the before::
1.The NOR shall be tendered only at Zhapu port anchorage(Chenshan Anchorage).
2.Darkness: If the vessel is unable to reach the discharging berth on arrival due to port authority restrictions on shifting after dark, then waiting time for the pilot or shifting from 16:00 hours until 08:00 hours the next day or until berthing, whichever is earlier shall not count as used laytime.
